When talking about how to incorporate more veggies into your diet, one of the tried and true tricks I always mention is to hide them! If you are a parent you probably know this one well, or perhaps you have vivid childhood memories of a parent trying to pull this trick over on you!

Either way, most Americans could stand to eat more veggies, especially the cruciferous ones. So why not disguise them under sweet blueberries and aromatic cinnamon. Banana adds a delightful sweetness while the frozen cauliflower, believe it or not makes the smoothie super thick and creamy.

This delicious recipe pretty much packs it all in, fruits, veggies, fiber, protein, antioxidants and tons of other phytonutrients. It makes a great breakfast or post workout smoothie too!
