While I do love to cook, I’ve learned sometimes it’s really nice to have others do it for you. Especially when the recipes are created by award-winning chefs, Rich Landau and Kate Jacoby, from Vedge restaurant in Philadelphia.

This year, Whole Foods Market has collaborated with the notable vegan duo to bring the best to your table this holiday season. As a Philly local I’m super excited that the flavors known to one of the most sought after vegan restaurants in the country, are now available for online ordering at any Whole Foods Market store – pretty sure you should be too!

Perfect for those who:

  • want to add some new flavors to the traditional spread
  • have vegan loved ones, but aren’t sure what to cook for them
  • are interested in adding more plant based options to the table
  • want to enjoy a fully vegan feast this holiday

What to expect:

Rich and Katie have created decadent, holiday-inspired dishes that put a unique twist on the classics. Veggies are richly seasoned and cooked to tender perfection. This food is seriously filling but, in true plant based fashion, won’t weigh you down.

My favorite item was the mustard glazed cauliflower which tasted like it was dressed in a creamy roasted garlic marinade with a subtle hint of mustard. Perfection in my opinion! I loved the sauerkraut roasted rainbow carrots as well.
