These pancakes are dense, filling and delicious! Definitely not your average fluffy cake, but with only 3 short steps and 3 whole food ingredients, they are hard to beat!

3 Ingredient Blender Pancakes

  •  1 cup oats
  • 3/4-1 cup plant milk of choice
  •  1 ripe banana

Optional Add-Ins

  • Himalayan pink salt
  •  Vanilla Extract
  • Fruit or Chocolate Chips
  •  Coconut oil for frying

  1. Add 1 cup of oats to a high-speed blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes until a fine powder is formed.

  2. Add the ripe banana, almond milk and any other add-ins like salt and vanilla extract into the blender with the oat flower and blend until smooth.

  3. Heat a lightly oiled nonstick pan over medium heat.

  4. Pour about 1/4 of a cup of batter into the pan (if adding fruit or chocolate chips sprinkle a few in here). When bubbles begin to form, roughly 1-2 minutes, flip and and cook for another minute or 2 more.

  5. Repeat until all the batter is gone. Top with fruit, maple syrup and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Batter will thicken after a few minutes which makes thicker, denser cakes

If you prefer thinner cakes use 1 cup of milk
